How Can I Help?

We always need laundry, cleaning and office supplies to keep our operation running smoothly. Here are our current needs:

• Bleach
• Laundry Detergent (HE or regular)
• Hydrogen Peroxide
• Clorox Wipes
• Blankets
• Towels

You can sponsor a specific surgery, in part or in full. Our prices are listed on the Our Services page.  They range from a cat neuter ($50) up to an XX-large dog spay ($150). 

Another option is to sponsor a specific person. Perhaps you have a family member, friend, neighbor, coworker that might be struggling financially and could use a little help with their pet. 

One other option?  You can make a donation to SSAS and we will apply it to a client who is not eligible for our subsidized surgery costs but still struggles to pay our low surgery costs. 

There are many opportunities to volunteer with us for individuals 18 years or older.  We can always use an extra hand at the front desk, in recovery or doing laundry. For more information about volunteering with us, please call 240-362-7547.
